WE ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS

Jason and Jeanne Gordon first ventured into real estate in 2001, when the couple acquired and renovated an apartment building in Vancouver’s West End.  

OWNER OPERATED ASSETS

As both an owner and operator, we manage our properties with a consistent level of integrity. We take pride in the assets we have acquired, which spills over into their day to day operations and our pursuit of excellence. 

COMMERCIAL

We have acquired a number of commercial properties in downtown Victoria, including both office and retail assets. It’s our intention to further diversify and strengthen our portfolio with value-add properties in growing markets throughout North America. 
 

RESIDENTIAL

J Gordon’s roots are tied to the renovation and management of multi-family rental properties, specifically in Vancouver’s West End. We went on to acquire properties in Abbotsford and Prince George, and a 3-storey apartment building on the Kitsilano beachfront, which we still manage today. Our vision is to enhance the beauty and usefulness of original structures for today’s renters. Moving forward as a developer, we are exploring the introduction of a new rental community to downtown Victoria. 

HOSPITALITY

Tofino holds a special place in our hearts – as it does for many others. To honour this connection and our love of surfing, we own and operate Ocean Village Resort tucked away on stunning MacKenzie Beach. The collection of rustic, self-contained cabins are a base for surfers, adventurers, and those in search of the wilds of nature.
